Sheet Mechanical Plate Rolling Machine / 3 Roll Bending Machine
Machine Structure:
The machine is composed by three symmetrical roller, the upper roller is in the central
vertical position above two bottom rollers for vertical up and down movement, the bottom
rollers get the conversion motion by the screw rod and screw nut worm drive. The up roller
is engaged with the bottom gear by the output gear of the reducer. The machine is in a full
total structure, The working part, the main transmission part are equipped in one bottom
rigid welded base, be convenient for installation and commissioning.
The working part
The working part is composed by up roller equipment, bottom roller equipment, up roller
press equipment, balance equipment, overturned part, machine body, and bottom base.
1. The up roller equipment
The up roller equipment is composed by up roller, Bearing Block, SF-2 composite bearing etc.
2. The bottom Roller Equipment
The bottom roller equipment is composed by bottom roller, bottom roller input gear, SF-2
composite bearing etc.
3. The up roller press equipment
The up roller press equipment is composed by main motor, reducer, the worm gear structure,
screw lifting mechanism etc.
4. The balance equipment
The balance equipment is composed by abutment, screw, adjustment nut etc.
5. 1-7 Overturned part
Overturned part is composed by inverted frame, hand shank etc.
6. Machine body and bottom base
The machine is welded body, the based is weld assembly through annealing stress.

output gear etc.

Mechanical Symmetrical 3 Roller Plate Bending Machine
The whole structure of Mechanical Plate Rolling machine:
The machine adopts 3-roller symmetrical structure with the upper roller moving vertically
in the center between the two lower rollers, which is achieved through the drive of the screw,
the unt, the worm and the lead screw.
The two lower rollers rotates, and provides the plate materials with torque through the
engagement of the output gear of the moderator with the gear of the lower rollers.
Adapted for bending metal plate into round, arc, and so on. Its working principle is rotary
bending deformation. This product is widely used in chemical industry, Cement, shipbuilding,

2. The Feature of Mechanical Plate Rolling machine:

of the upper roller.
