Product Description:
Complete set street light pole production line
The complete line are used in light pole, flag pole, high mass pole, advertisement pole,
signal tower, electricity power pole, wind generate electricity pole, large diameters tube
manufacturing, railway, highway, communication, making car, shop, spherical tank,
steel structure, steel structure workshop and so on.
Complete line Working Flow:
1. Steel coil decoiling, leveling and cutting to length required.
2. Steel plate bevel cutting to trapezoidal shape.
3. Plate bending on press brake to pole shape
4. Pole gap seaming and welding
5. Pole straightening
6. Pole bending
7. Lamp door cutting
8. Hot dip galvanized
9. Pole polishing
10. Light pole painting spraying machine
Step 3 of street light pole production line : Tandem hydraulic press brake
This machine is combined by two sets of press brake. Tandem achieve synchronization
working. Single machine was combined by worktable ram and right and left wall board.
Wall board adopt assemble structure due to the transportation. The rack has enough
rigidity. Two cylinders install to the right and left wall board, under the effect of electric
operation system, drive the slider running down. On slide there is upper dies, when
upper and lower dies touch workpieces, system raise pressure, form the workpieces.
Use different dies, under different bending, can get the different types of workpieces.
The quality is reliable and stable.

2. The machine with welded construction with good strength and accuracy.
3. Equipped with Delem control system, linear scale, servo valve and servo motor

5. RAM stroke (Y1, Y2) and back gauge (X) are controlled by controller.
6. Back gauge is adopted ball screw and rolling guide way, the repeat positioning precision of X
is very high and act smartly
7. Special devices for light pole column making:light pole column unloading device,conic pole bending
tooling,ploygonal pole bending tooling,front steel plate supporting arms etc.
8. Big throat depth made as per diameter of the light pole column
