Electro hydraulic CNC synchronized Hydraulic Press Brake
MODEL: WE67K-300/4000 with DA-65W system
Standard 4+1 Axes(X-backgauge, Y1 Y2-Left and right cylinder, R bacck gauge up,
V-Hydraulic crowning)
Machine Intrduction:
the CNC press brake WE67K-300/4000 are servo-proportional driven machines with
micro-electronics ensuring perfect control of the bending process. The position, speed
and pressing force of the Ram are controlled in a closed circuit at every point in the
work cycle. The position of the Ram is controlled by two digital high precision linear scales.
These linear scales are mounted on a independent C-frame on both side of the machine to
prevent deformation of the Press Frame for accurate bending depth or bending angle.
Hydraulic system:
Closed loop control composed of electrohydraulic servo valve and Linear Scale imported
from Gemany , with high feedback precision, accurate and stable operation, and high
repeated positioning precision.
Back Gauge Device:
Backague position and movement control by CNC controller DNC 600.
AC Servo motor with 2 Ballscrew and 2 Linear Way. Backgauge with 2 Precision
Fingers on Runner Block moving on Precision Linear Way.
